The SPL301 Rubber Coated Barbell is a compact fixed straight barbell designed for full-body strength training. It adopts knurled chrome-plated straight bar shaft and steel-core rubber encased weight plates. Available in multiple weight specifications ranging from 10kg to 50kg (20lb–110lb). The 98cm short length saves storage space, ideal for dumbbell bench press, overhead press, bent-over rows and arm workouts. Perfect for home gyms, boutique fitness studios and hotel fitness zones.

• Straight Knurled Chrome-Plated Steel Bar:High-gloss chrome plated straight bar with clear anti-slip knurling on grip zones. Effectively prevents slipping during sweaty training, resists rust, oxidation and surface abrasion. Handle diameter: 32mm, overall bar length: 98cm for easy storage.
