• 140cm Foam Wrapped Steel Bar:Constructed with solid steel pipe and fitted with thick foam padding on the grip section. The 30mm handle diameter delivers cushioned contact, effectively easing hand fatigue and friction blisters during long continuous aerobic workouts. Smooth bar ends simplify loading and unloading weight plates.

• Color-Coded Rubber Cast Iron Weight Plates:High-density cast iron core wrapped with durable rubber shell. Distinct color marking makes weight recognition quick and straightforward.   A: The actual weight of each plate will not deviate over 3% from the labeled weight. It complies with the international standard tolerance range for fitness weight plates to keep consistent training load.

  A: This kit is designed mainly for aerobic exercise and medium-low intensity shaping workouts. It is not recommended for heavy powerlifting. Please select our fixed rubber barbell series if you need equipment for heavy strength training.
