  Q1: Can I use this bar for Olympic weightlifting or CrossFit?
  A: We do not recommend it. This bar has a stiff 29mm shaft and slow-spinning brass bushings designed specifically for Powerlifting (Squat, Bench, Deadlift). For Olympic lifts or high-rep CrossFit, a 28mm bar with high-spin bearings is much better.
